Technical University of Darmstadt: We partner with the Technical University of Darmstadt (ise) on a research project titled "The Role of AI Literacy for Human-AI Collaboration." Our Master's learners will help develop educational AI tools (TocoAI) to improve AI literacy among diverse learners. This collaboration aligns our curriculum with the latest technological advancements and robust scientific principles.

The Orientation Phase: You’ll start your journey by mastering the program's six competency areas. Your personal mission statement will lay the groundwork for your desired specialization, competency development and mindset cultivation.
The Calibration Phase: In this stage you will deepen your expertise by completing 2-3 Impact Certificates in your chosen area of specialization. The flexibility of our program means you don't have to choose these modules upfront; instead, you can decide as you go, as they are offered multiple times during the year. This level of personalization ensures each module you chose is a strategic fit for your evolving career goals and personal aspirations.
The Elevation Phase: The Elevation Phase immerses you in an innovation methodology while tackling 21st-century challenges based on the 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Co-designed with partners like Fraunhofer Ahead, these challenges put your skills into practice alongside peers, mentors, and industry partners.
The Activation Phase: In the Activation Phase and Master Thesis, you’ll return to your initial mission. Here you’ll focus on a sustainability, innovation, or technology project with guidance from a dedicated supervisor and industry mentors, ensuring you receive expert support throughout your application and research process.
